Robertino Coury is ÉO Management’s President and serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Investment Committee. He is responsible for ensuring the firm’s adherence to its core philosophy of preserving and protecting capital, while leading the strategic planning, operational, and investment management activities of the firm. Robertino is also the Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors for The Robert J. Coury Family Foundation, and a member of the Board of Leaders of the USC Marshall School of Business. In parallel to his role at ÉO, Robertino also serves as President and Chief Investment Officer of The Coury Firm, a family-owned and operated financial services company that has been in business for over 35 years, serving affluent families and business owners. Prior to joining ÉO, Robertino was a producer and songwriter for an independent music label that he co-founded, Eleventh Records, where he launched a single as an artist in 2010 that charted on the U.S. Mainstream Top 40.

Santino Coury is ÉO Management’s Chief Operating Officer and serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committee. He is responsible for integrating all facets of the firm through comprehensive planning and coordination across human relations, technology, risk management, governance, compliance and more. Prior to joining ÉO, Santino worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Financial Solutions Adviser for their affluent customers, and in 2014 took an opportunity to join Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company, as a Financial Analyst. In 2015, Santino joined The Coury Firm and serves as the Director of Operations and Compliance. Santino received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Velma Coronado is the Financial Controller at ÉO Management. She is responsible for the firm’s financial affairs by administering treasury functions, managing tax compliance, and overseeing financial reporting. Prior to joining ÉO Management, Velma was a Director at Armanino LLP specializing in family office services and tax compliance of high net-worth individuals and their related entities. Throughout Velma’s career in public accounting, she has provided attestation and tax planning in various industries such as real estate, manufacturing, law firms, and high net-worth individuals. In addition to her experience in public accounting, Velma supported the Director of Finance at a privately held REIT where she was responsible for the financial accounting and reporting of three funds. Velma has advised and provided holistic wealth preservation techniques and services for 10+ years through her experience in both the private and public sector.

Velma also has a passion for helping people in the profession and community. She was previously an executive board member of Resources for Educational and Employment Opportunities and a member of the CalCPA Accounting Education Committee. She was selected from the California Community Foundation as a Rising Star in 2021 and by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a Top Minority CPA in 2020. Velma is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and holds a Bachelor of Science from the USC Leventhal School of Accounting.

Emily Kanuha is an Office Administrator at ÉO Management. She is responsible for managing the firm’s administrative and operational activities. She supports the team day to day with proactive planning, organization, implementation and oversight of systems and technology. Prior to joining ÉO Management, she worked as an Executive Assistant and Administrative Office Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Emily received her B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.

Juliano Coury is an Associate Director at ÉO Management. He is responsible for the firm’s investment operations, strategy, and portfolio accounting, and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Juliano also plays a key role assisting the firm’s clientele with management and lifestyle services tailored to their needs. In addition to his role at ÉO, Juliano also serves as a Portfolio Manager for the Asset Management division of The Coury Firm and is responsible for managing the division’s investment services and co-investment platform. Juliano received a B.S. in Finance and a Master's in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Jeff Coury II is an Associate Director at ÉO Management. He is responsible for the firm’s investment strategy and development, data analytics, and portfolio risk management and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. In addition to his role at ÉO, Jeff also serves as a Portfolio Manager for the Asset Management division of The Coury Firm and is responsible for managing the division’s investment services and co-investment platform. Jeff is also the Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors for the Jeff & Christine Coury Family Foundation. Jeff received a B.S. in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Director

Andreo Coury is an Associate Director at ÉO Management. He is primarily responsible for conducting research activities at the firm and assists the investment team on portfolio idea generation and insights. Andreo also serves as a Portfolio Analyst of the Asset Management division at The Coury Firm where he works closely with the Portfolio Managers on research, sourcing of opportunities, manager due-diligence, and portfolio monitoring and oversight. Andreo received a B.S. in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Michelle Reyna is a Senior Accountant at ÉO Management where she supports the Controller & Tax Director on accounting and tax compliance activities of the firm and its clients. Prior to joining ÉO Management, Michelle spent 5 and half years at Armanino LLP servicing high net-worth individuals. Through her public accounting experience, Michelle became familiarized with tax planning and compliance of high net-worth individuals and their estates. Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Davidson College.

Gregg Coury serves as a member of ÉO Management’s Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the Investment Committee. As a strategic adviser to the firm, Gregg brings deep expertise in family office matters and planning with over 25+ years of advising ultra-high net worth families and business owners. In addition to his role at ÉO, Gregg is the Chief Executive Officer of The Coury Firm, a family-owned financial services company that has been in business for over 35 years serving affluent families and business owners, and is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Robert J. Coury Family Foundation and the Jeff & Christine Coury Family Foundation. Gregg earned his B.A. in Business Finance and Economics from Duquesne University.

Jeff Coury serves as a member of ÉO Management’s Board of Directors and Investment Committee. Jeff brings a unique skillset to the team through his leadership qualities and business acumen. Jeff is currently the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Mortgage Connect, LP, which grew to be one of the Nation’s top mortgage closing specialists providing nationwide title & closing services. Jeff is also a member of the Board of Directors for The Coury Firm, Robert J. Coury Family Foundation, and the Jeff & Christine Coury Family Foundation. Jeff earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Economics from Duquesne University.
